Kundalini and Radiant Body Yoga
Known as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini yoga is centered around Kriya - which means complete action or action of the soul. Kriyas are sequences that balance vitality and relaxation, elevate energy by focusing on the chakra system, and lead to greater clarity, inner wisdom and ultimately personal transformation. Kundalini and Radiant Body Yoga classes combine:
Asana and moving asana - poses and movement

Mindfulness and meditation are tools for reconnecting with the inner self, intuition, and higher guidance, which is often hidden under the busyness of our daily lives, activities, constant movement, and overactive minds.
As an experienced meditation practitioner and teacher, I create a container of instruction that is accessible and understandable. I weave the wisdom of awareness, stillness, and presence into all of my teachings. These classes combine talks, practice, and time for reflection and sharing.
Mindful Outdoor Experiences
A Mindful Outdoor Experience, or MOE, is a guided walk or “saunter” into natural settings, to experience the natural world in a mindful way. Elements of a MOE include:
Forest bathing - taking in, with all our senses, the forest or natural atmosphere
Biophilia - rememberance of life and lifelike processes
Species re-connection - breaking through the isolation we have from the natural world
Refuge - finding peace and comfort in the natural world
Overcoming Nature Deficit Disorder
Fostering connection with ourselves, other humans and the more than human world

Lunar Eclipse Yoga and Sound Bath
Gentle, meditative yoga for all levels, accompanied by singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing sounds.

The Holistic Wellness tent at the annual Ohio Pawpaw Festival is the place to gather, relax, do some yoga or Qi Gong, learn stress relieving practices and find out more about holistic wellness. We are part of the larger festival, now in it’s 27th year! Click below for the detailed tent schedule.

Full Moon Yoga and Sound Bath
Gentle, meditative yoga for all levels, accompanied by singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing sounds.

Radiant Body Yoga July 2025
Radiant Body Yoga, a mix of hatha, vinyasa and kundalini yoga focusing on enlivening and balancing the whole energetic body. Classes will include yoga postures, movements, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. Classes meet every Monday evening in July. These are drop-in classes (not a series).

Hatha Yoga Classes July 2025
I will offer a Hatha yoga class on some Thursdays and Saturdays, 9 am - 10 am, at Village Productions in July. This class is designed to allow students to participate at their own ability and is suitable for all levels.
